As a parent, you (and I) are stuck with a dilemma. You want to be a productive professional (whether you stay home with the kids or work out of the home), a present parent, a healthy individual and have a thriving marriage.

But these values are seemingly always in conflict. How do you do justice to each of these important areas of life? 

I believe every individual and couple deserves extended time and space away from the demands of life to reconnect with themselves, with those they care about and ultimately make meaningful changes.
