One Day to Reset Ninety Days to Rebuild

Private coaching experiences for couples who want to feel close again.

ONE HALF DAY

Closer in a Day

A lot can change in a single day, especially when you’re intentional about it.

This immersive experience is designed for couples ready to make meaningful progress. Together, we’ll focus on 1–3 key areas you and your partner want to strengthen, using a structured, supportive approach that helps you create real momentum.

Prior to the ½ day each of you completes a private intake questionnaire to help me understand your experience before we meet. I review your responses deeply and translate them into a personalized plan before your session so that when we meet we already know what to tackle.

First, we'll hit the ground running with 30 min initial individual sessions then the remaining 3 hours of couples work!

Perfect for couples who:

  • Can’t commit to weekly sessions

  • Appreciate clear tools and direction

  • Are ready to set aside dedicated time (finally!) to work through what matters most

Includes:

  • Comprehensive approach with thorough intake assessment

  • 30-minute initial individual sessions for each partner

  • Four (4) total hours of guided, strategic work together

  • Clear strategies & practical take-home tools

Even strong, loving couples go through seasons where things feel harder than they used to. Relationships thrive when both partners communicate clearly, share responsibilities, understand each other’s needs, and approach life as a team.

TOPICS WE CAN WORK ON

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. These are incredibly common patterns for couples to experience.

  • Communication & Conflict

Conversations that start small but suddenly escalate into arguments. Feeling unsure how to bring something up without it turning into a fight. One partner shutting down while the other becomes more frustrated or defensive. Feeling like you’re talking in circles instead of actually resolving anything.

  • Feeling Emotionally Disconnected

You still care deeply about each other, but something feels off. Emotional needs aren’t being met in the way they once were. Instead of feeling like teammates, it can feel like you’re living parallel lives. Sometimes it even feels like you’re more like roommates than partners.

  • The Invisible Load at Home

Household and parenting responsibilities don’t always feel balanced. One partner may feel like the “default” manager of the home or family. Small frustrations build when appreciation or recognition feels missing. Over time, this can create resentment on both sides.

  • Life Stress & Life Transitions

Work demands, finances, parenting, or major life changes can create pressure. During stressful seasons, couples often find themselves drifting apart instead of leaning on each other. Both partners may want to help, but aren’t sure how to support one another effectively.

  • Different Needs, Different Styles

You might have different communication styles or emotional needs. One partner may want closeness while the other needs more space to process. Decision-making can feel frustrating when one person moves quickly and the other prefers to think things through.

  • Intimacy & Physical Connection Changing

Desire levels may feel mismatched. Emotional distance can start to affect physical closeness. Talking about intimacy may feel uncomfortable or avoided altogether.
